Particularly easy to use, the complete legal text can be accessed directly from any reference to it in the dictionary. In the same way, the full definition of a word, abbreviation or acronym can be accessed directly from any reference to them in the legal texts.

SOFT BOURSE includes:

  • all texts published by regulating authorities [BDF, CB, LCH.CLEARNET SA, AMF, EURONEXT, EUROCLEAR FRANCE...] and by various professional organisations (AFTI, AFSGP, ASFFI, etc.);
  • French and European enactments (laws, decrees, orders, circulars, EC directives, BOI Instructions, etc.);
  • extracts from the principal codes where relevant to the French stock exchange (code of civil law, code of penal law, code of tax law, code of employment law, etc.);

All texts can be consulted according to their:

  • category (law, decree, directive, etc.)
  • source (AMF, BDF, EURONEXT, etc.)
  • date
